I made this (one of a kind) Vampire Queen headdress from scratch, with love, using my favorite materials: 
Beautiful soft long-hair black faux fur, 
extremely soft blood red underlining, 
3 huge artificial red roses 
luminous black glitter crown,
decorated with silver metal skulls, crossbones and studs.
The hat is very soft , medium warm and is perfect for breezy autumn, medium winter or also as stage costume.
The size is comfortable, one size fits all.
No animals were harmed in the making.
The glass skull mannequin is not a part of this listing.
